Dr. Ankit Chander, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Chander was training at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, preparing for a career in molecular imaging, when his father died suddenly of a heart attack. At the time, he was practicing within the Johns Hopkins Executive Physical program — and one question began to shape everything that followed: if he was training at one of the finest institutions in the world, why wasn't he able to prevent his own father's heart attack?
That question led him to integrative medicine. When his grandmother's life was later taken by Alzheimer's, and as he confronted his own chronic pain, his conviction deepened: the future of medicine lies not in treating disease after it appears, but in extending the years we live with vitality, clarity, and strength. Today he leads a practice devoted to healthspan, longevity, cognitive optimization, and regenerative therapy — applying rigorous, individualized, science- and evidence-based protocols to each patient he serves. His work has been published in peer-reviewed basic and clinical research, and he is board-certified.
